Houseplants · Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Plants for the rooms the sun forgets.

Most houseplants grew up under a forest canopy, in dappled shade. We pick the ones that still thrive in real apartments, pot them up in our greenhouse, and ship them early in the week so they never sit in a warehouse over a weekend.

Every plant is covered by our 30-day Arrive-Alive guarantee. If it shows up hurt or declines in the first month, we replace it.

Every plant drops straight into a planter.

Our plants ship in plastic nursery pots with drainage holes. Most of our ceramic planters have no hole, so they work as cover pots: set the nursery pot inside, water, and let it drain before you put it back.

Cats, dogs and curious toddlers

Every plant marked with a paw is listed as non-toxic to cats and dogs by the ASPCA. Even so, a chewed plant is an unhappy plant, so a high shelf never hurts.

“We started with a folding table at a Fort Lauderdale farmers' market and a rule we still keep: if a plant can't live in a normal apartment with normal light, we don't sell it.”
